These (very few) categories comprise the root of all categories in the Toastmasters wikia. All categories of the wiki should belong to the category tree rooted here, and all articles in the main namespace should belong to at least one of these categories.

With the exception of the main page, articles in the wiki should not directly link to this category. Instead, they should be categorized somewhere in the category tree.
