District 13
The Global Toastmasters Resource
The District earned a Select Distinguished designation at the conclusion of the 2007-2008. District 13 was #1 in Region VI and the 10th of 81 districts in the world according to Toastmasters International. The District was lead to this honour by Immediate Past District Governor Kal Sen, PhD, DTM.
The 2008-2009 District Governor is Distinguished Toastmaster(DTM) Sallie Boggs, PhD. The Lieutenant Governor of Education and Training is Kamal Das, PhD, DTM and the Lieutenant Governor of Marketing is Advanced Toastmaster-Bronze(ATM-B)and Competent Leader(CL) Paulette Harvey.
The District supports more than 1200 Toastmasters in 62 clubs. Clubs are organized Areas and Divisions. District 13 currently has four Divisions.
