District 4 Toastmasters serves 200+ Toastmaster Clubs and 4800 members in Central Coastal California (San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey Counties of California).The 2006-2007 District Governor is Ken Cawley, DTM. The LGET is Rose Renwick, DTM. The LGM is Silvana Wasitova, DTM. The PRO is Tony DeLeon, ATMS/CL.

All of Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz Counties, and the southern part of Santa Clara County (including Morgan Hill and Gilroy).

Santa Clara County including the cities of Campbell and Los Gatos, and parts of San Jose and Santa Clara.

Menlo Park, Palo Alto and portions of Mountain View.

Burlingame, Millbrea, San Bruno, Brisbane, Pacifica, Half Moon Bay, South San Francisco and portions of San Mateo and San Francisco.
